As the muscle car wars heated up, Plymouth unleased the Plymouth GTX in the mid-size intermediate field. Based on the Plymouth Belvedere, the Plymouth GTX rose to the top. The upgrades included heavy duty suspension, twin hood scoops and the 426 c.i. HEMI® engine option. It had style and performance, 0 to 60 mph in 4.8 seconds. Cement and paint not included.
